What you'll do...

  • Create visuals for Social Media and Content platforms
  • Work with our eCommerce team to optimize the site experience
  • Create beautiful and engaging product launches, landing pages, and promotions

Multimedia Designer

About You


You love to keep finances and teams organized. You're detail oriented and trustworthy.


Imagine a job where one minute you’re creating an accounts receivable report for the CFO and the next minute you’re organizing a roller skating party for the whole team.


You have accounting experience, including payables, receivables, posting adjustments to the general ledger, and preparing financial reports. You know your way around Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office. You crave the opportunity to be part of a fast paced team.


About the Role


This position reports to the CFO and is responsible for maintaining the daily financial records and office management of our growing company. The role includes day-to-day accounting, as well as assisting with year end items such as tax preparation. You’ll also maintain office operations and provide administrative support to our founders.


Responsibilities

  • Review and entry of all Accounts Receivable, including daily activity and the tracking of the collections process.
  • Review and entry of Accounts Payable, including the setup of new vendors and the regular payment of bills.
  • Categorize and enter credit card charges.
  • Review and posting of sales orders and inventory adjustments.
  • Validate commission calculations.
  • Assist with payroll and other HR-related items, as requested. 
  • Prepare weekly accounting reports and participate in the monthly close process.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed, including the sales and operations teams.
  • Assist with office operations.
  • Support the founders with administrative needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas.
  • Ability to work independently, handle many different tasks, and figure out new challenges as they arise with a great attitude.

  • A creative problem solver capable of tracking multiple moving pieces
  • Proficient with Excel to generate reports, pivot tables, charts, and trackers
  • Tech savvy enough to manage multiple SaaS ecommerce platforms

What you’ll do…

  • Monitor daily activity and inventory levels at our 3PL/warehouses
  • Work directly with our manufacturing vendors to maintain production schedule while ensuring quality
  • Coordinate and track freight shipments to and from multiple locations
  • Track and reconcile raw materials against weekly build plan, issuing POs to suppliers as needed
  • Manage SaaS ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Backerkit, and Amazon Vendor Central (no coding required)
  • Compile and analyze order/shipment data to identify trends that can help influence manufacturing

Senior Product Manager

Our products are used every day by thousands of students and professionals around the world in conjunction with our 4.8 star Rocketbook mobile app. We’re the number one selling notebook on Amazon (like all of Amazon) and we’re just getting started.


This is a big year for the Rocketbook mobile app and we’re looking for a senior product manager to captain our ship. The person who fills this newly-created role will work closely with the Head of Product, manage the mobile product team, and focus on turning the Rocketbook app into a wildly successful standalone product. Are you ready to own that kind of a challenge? 


Who you are…

  • Have an Engineering and/or Computer Science education
  • Have 3+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Track record of success working in a startup environment where you have successfully shipped and scaled products
  • Lean startup principle subscriber with a Build-Measure-Learn mentality
  • Inventor by nature and willing to push the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Experience leading and developing teams

  • Drive and own high-impact mobile app features (iOS and Android) focused on growth and retention
  • Define and communicate the digital product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements
  • Apply analytics, user feedback, and intuition to measure product direction and success
  • Conduct A/B tests and build wireframes applying mobile UX/UI design principles
  • Run sprints with our development team utilizing agile principles, prioritize feature development, and develop junior product team members
  • Work with the Head of Product to support new physical products and provide an amazing end-to-end user experience
